Tamtam Kimchi Workshop Vol. 11 — Make Your Own Kimchi

Tamtam Kimchi Workshop Vol. 11 is the eleventh installment of a recurring hands-on kimchi-making class led by instructor ann in Osaka. This spring 2026 session focuses on quick-fermented napa cabbage kimchi (cooked kimchi) and mountain yam kimchi, both requested by previous participants.
